Refund Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
New paid enrollment and paid contracts are temporarily closed. The Founder ($49/month), Operator ($199/month), Business ($499/month), and Enterprise tiers shown on the Pricing page are planned commercial offerings, not a current offer to sell. This policy remains available for any authorized paid subscription or charge that may already exist.
1. Cancellation
If your account has an existing authorized paid subscription, you may cancel it from the Billing area when that functionality is available for your account. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain paid-plan access through that period and then revert to the applicable free or unpaid state.
2. First-purchase refund window
For any authorized first self-service purchase of Founder, Operator, or Business, you may request a full refund of the initial subscription charge within 14 days of that charge. This courtesy refund is generally available once per organization and does not automatically apply to renewals, upgrades, usage outside self-service plans, or separately negotiated Enterprise agreements.
3. Billing errors
If Ruligent confirms a duplicate, unauthorized, post-cancellation, or otherwise incorrect charge, we will work with Stripe to correct the billing error and issue any refund required by law or this policy.
4. How to request a refund
Use the Ruligent contact page from the email address associated with your account and include your organization name and approximate charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times are outside Ruligent's control.
5. Exceptions and mandatory rights
- Partial-month refunds are not provided solely because you cancel before the end of a billing period unless required by law.
- Accounts terminated for material abuse or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may be ineligible for discretionary refunds, subject to applicable law.
- Enterprise order forms or signed agreements control where they expressly conflict with this policy.
- Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable refund, chargeback, or consumer-protection rights under applicable law.
6. Commercial launch notice
Ruligent is currently operated by its founder as an individual. No separately registered Ruligent entity or completed assumed-name filing is represented here. New paid enrollment will remain closed until the approved legal identity, tax posture, merchant configuration, contracting documents, and production evidence are complete.
