One venture task run by an agent — a validation report, a repo analysis, a PRD draft, a launch-readiness score. It's counted once per task run. Creating tasks, agent suggestions, and viewing reports are free; when the monthly limit is reached, further runs return a clear execution_limit_exceeded error until the month resets or you upgrade.

One call to POST /v1/guard — that is, one agent action evaluated. Venture task runs go through the same guard, so each execution also produces one audit event. Retries with the same idempotency key return the original decision and don't re-evaluate.

An organization admin creates an invite for a specific email address and gets an invite token — shown exactly once — to pass to that person; they use it when registering, and the token only works for the invited email. Invites expire after 7 days and can be revoked before they're accepted. A seat is a member or a pending invite; when you're at your plan's seat count, inviting more returns a clear seat_limit_exceeded error. Members can view everything, resolve approvals, and activate kill switches; managing policies, keys, billing, and webhooks stays admin-only.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately through Stripe checkout. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period, and if a subscription is cancelled your org returns to the Free plan — your data, projects, and policies stay intact within the Free plan's limits.
