Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This policy applies to all use of Ruligent, including agents, applications, integrations, API clients, webhooks, and data routed through the service.
1. Lawful use
You may not use Ruligent to plan, facilitate, conceal, or materially enable unlawful conduct, fraud, unauthorized access, theft, harassment, exploitation, or violations of another person's rights.
2. Security abuse
You may not probe, attack, disrupt, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with Ruligent or another customer's systems except through an authorized security-testing program. Do not attempt to obtain another customer's credentials, data, tenant identifiers, or private infrastructure information.
3. Harmful autonomous activity
You may not intentionally configure or deploy agents through Ruligent for autonomous actions that create an unreasonable risk of physical injury, unlawful discrimination, financial theft, destructive infrastructure changes, or unauthorized access. Human review and additional controls should be used for high-impact actions.
4. Restricted data
Do not intentionally submit payment-card data, protected health information, government secrets, export-controlled technical data, authentication secrets, or similarly regulated/sensitive information unless Ruligent has expressly agreed in writing to support that data class and the required safeguards are in place.
5. Credentials and third-party services
You must have permission to connect every account, repository, webhook endpoint, API, cloud resource, or third-party service you configure. You are responsible for protecting API keys, session tokens, signing secrets, and external credentials.
6. Abuse, spam, and deception
You may not use Ruligent to generate or coordinate spam, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, malware distribution, deceptive commercial practices, or abusive automated outreach.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, Ruligent, or the integrity of the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure less serious violations.
8. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or security issues through the Ruligent contact page.
