Subprocessors

Ruligent uses third-party providers to operate the service. The exact data processed by each provider depends on which product capabilities are enabled for a customer or environment.
Current providers
- Vercel — application hosting, deployment, edge/network delivery, and operational logs.
- Supabase / PostgreSQL infrastructure — application database and persistent customer/service records.
- Stripe — subscription billing, checkout, payment processing, and billing-provider records. Ruligent does not store complete card numbers.
- Resend — transactional email such as account-recovery messages when enabled.
- Sentry — error and application-diagnostic telemetry when configured.
- PostHog — product analytics and related telemetry when configured.
Customer-controlled destinations
Webhook endpoints, repositories, cloud accounts, APIs, and other external systems configured by a customer are not Ruligent subprocessors merely because Ruligent sends customer-directed traffic to them. Customers are responsible for the providers and destinations they choose to connect.
Changes
Providers may change as the service evolves. Material changes affecting customer personal data will be reflected on this page and, where required by contract or law, communicated to affected customers.
International processing
Providers may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Customers requiring specific data-location, transfer, or contractual commitments should confirm those requirements in writing before sending regulated or restricted data.
